HIRING Event Coordinators for Summer Series of B2B Events

Our dynamic and growing Collaborative is looking for a part-time or full-time Event Coordinator.

This position is based in your home or office.

DUTIES:
- Plan 80+ Socials, Networking Events, Seminars annually
- Handle registration and sign-ups with our clients at each event
- Follow-up via phone with event registrants
- Track and report on event ROI
- Conduct Social Media Campaigns
- Coordinate Facebook Ad Campaigns
- Coordinate with vendors (Graphic Design, Venues, Catering, etc.)
- Maintain CRM and run reports/queries

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years event planning experience
- Ability to work events weekday evenings and occasional weekends
- Comfortable greeting guests at events
- Experience in a small business (under 200 employees)
- Friendly, positive personality
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated
- Excellent grammar and spelling
- Flexible, can-do attitude
- Ability to work well and engage a team

PREFERRED:
- Experience in events, hospitality and tourism
- Tech savvy and Social Media savvy
- Compensation:
- Per Project plus percentage bonus option
- Profit Sharing
- Ownership Option
