Office Assistant 10-15 hours/week.

We are a small entertainment company currently accepting applications for part time home office staff in the West Metro! You will work in a supportive environment, for an extraordinary company, which will honor the gifts and talents you bring to this work. We’re hiring someone to do the stuff we don’t have time to do! This individual will provide office support and organizational skills, also includes online research, entering data into data base, some phone calls to acquire contact info, and other tasks as assigned. Good written and oral communication skills and Social Media experience are a BIG PLUS.

Requirements:
- 10-15 hours a week, flexible office hours (during normal business hours)
- Related work experience in an office or home office environment
- Demonstrated ability to organize
-1-2 years of experience in an office support role
-Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
-Able to operate standard office equipment (scanning, printing, etc)
-Able to use Word, Excel, data entry, etc.
-Ability to work independently, without immediate supervision
-Ambitious, creative, takes initiative
-Detail oriented
-Can type 40-60 wpm
-Positive Attitude

This part-time position (10-15 hours per week) offers flexibility, however the hours worked need to take place during regular business hours to start. The contract will last 3-6 months, with the potential to extend and possibly migrate to working remotely depending on performance.
